Sprague Realty was founded by James H. Sprague.  He has served the selling and buying public for over thirty years.  Jim feels that there is a need for a small city real estate company that has a personal touch and cares about the needs and wants of their customers.

Sprague Realty offers the latest technology and avails his business through the Elmira Corning Board of Realtors and the Internet.

Jim has formed an Advisory Board that consists of professional people that will share ideas in the direct marketing of real estate.

Jim is proud to have his daughter Mary on his board who will head up the technology department.
